  2.  daughters will start getting benefits from birth along with their mothers. Both will benefit.

  • BJP workers will come to your home and fill your form.
  • Once you fill the form correctly, you will have to get it done online, either from Pragya Kendra or you can go to your block office and apply for it online.

How to fill the registration form for ‘Gogo Didi Yojana’?

  1. First you have to write the date____________
  2. After this, the name of the applicant is to be written__________ (write the same name which is in your Aadhaar card)
  3. Now you have to write the name of the father/husband________ (keep in mind that if your husband’s name is there in the Aadhar card then you have to write the husband’s name and if there is a father’s name then you have to write the father’s name.
  4. After this you have to write your active mobile number________
  5. Now you have to write Panchayat/Ward _______ Block ______District ______ (You have to write the district in which you live in Jharkhand).
  6. Now you have to fill in the number of women in the family________ (you have to write the total number of women)
  7. There are many other details which are asked in the form and you have to fill them accordingly.
  8. After this the declaration form has to be filled.
  9. After doing all this, you have to submit the form at your Anganwadi centre, MO service centre or block office.
  10. They will give you an acknowledgement (receipt), you have to keep it safely with you (it is proof that you have filled the form)
