GHMC Hyderabad house number online Process

  1. visit GHMC and click on “Online services and self assement form”

providing certain details such as Building Permission Number, Occupancy Certificate Number, Locality Name, nature of the building, usage, plinth area, etc., based on which the approximate yearly property tax will be displayed on the screen.

  • 2. Depending on this, the online application will be forwarded to the Deputy Commissioner Login.
  • 3. Then the concerned VO/TI/BC will inspect the premises and levy property tax as per prevailing rates.
  • 4. A special notice will be issued to the owner by allotting a new PTIN No along with the new house number

 

The above property tax calculation is an approximate value and it may vary upon exact location of the building and other parameters
2) Please note that Levy of Property tax will be effected based on Occupancy Certificate Date. In case of Occupancy Date is not provided Tax will ve levied based on Registration Date FY.

More than 10% violation of permissible setbacks: 50% penalty
Unauthorized floors over the permitted floors: 100% penalty
Total unauthorized construction: 100% penalty
Violation of usage: 100% penalty
